Being a Technical graduate from rural background has the passion to explore all possible opportunities for the betterment of the society. He is also the founder director & existing president of Kempegowda Credit Co-operative Society Ltd which was started in 1999 & is continuously indulged in serving middle & lower middle class groups of the society.
He has a special consideration for those who hails from rural areas & innumerable contributions have been made for educating the poor students through scholarships & various CSR activities are being executed regularly.

Mr.Rakesh Kumar Agarwal

- Is one of the founder member & Managing Director of Paramount Nutrition’s India Pvt. Ltd. Before obtaining his Bachelor’s degree in commerce he involved & become a brief stint in the family business and then he set out to carve his own path in business.
- After a challenging start, he finally set up Paramount Nutrition’s India Pvt.Ltd, in 2008. A pioneer of innovation he has shaped the company to become one of the most preferred CP - unit by Britannia Industries Ltd within short span of time. Mr. Rakesh Kumar Agarwal an endeavour of philanthropy and very much keen to promote young entrepreneurs with his valuable inputs.
- Actively involved in social upliftment of orphanage children. NELE (Shelter), a project of Hindu Seva Pratishthana, was started way back in August 2000, to provide all possible care to destitute children. So far 90 centers have been established, 5 in Bangalore and one each at Mysore, Tumkur, Shimoga and Bagalkote.
- Has an aim of being in the list of world class food processing industry, looking forward to diversify to other FMCG Products and would like to associate with other major global players.

- Mrs.Suman Krishnappa has adopted 2-children from world vision organization & helping them for the complete education, also donor for 3-girl students nominated from vokkaligara sangha for their education.
